 I called Freedom Bath Products on Wednesday 03/06/11 and explained to Mark the owner that my wife was getting out of rehab after 8 long months on the 11th and I felt it would be easier for her to have this step in feature for our bathtub when she got home.
I figured it would be a couple of weeks before they could do the installation. Although they are normally closed on Sunday Mark came out on Sunday the 10th, last minute,  and installed our step for my wifes arrival the following day, unbelievable!, Talk about a great company, he did a great job, the bathtub step looks like it was alway's there and absolutely no mess what so ever.
Great company and I highly recommend Freedom Bath Products, their first class.
